A little bit about me...
I’m a visual artist, based in the heart of Manchester, but (mostly) from Notts/Lincolnshire... an adopted Mancunian if you will.
In 2011, I received my Fine Art degree from Leeds Met (now Beckett), and ever since, I've been on an artistic journey that's taken me in directions I never could have imagined!
Originally fully fashion focussed, my year at Lincoln Art College (I still say this was my best year in education!) allowed me to delve deeper into all creative avenues and I found that although I could happily spend days coming up with haute couture designs, (ie. turns out I just love drawing dresses) I was never struck by pattern cutting or setting up a sewing machine...
So my fashion designer aspirations swiftly switched to fine art, and I realised that that was exactly where I needed to be.
In a world lead by artistry at its core, but with a plethora of creative avenues to continually explore.
Currently my focus revolves predominantly around murals and a variety of other commissioned artworks for both brands and individuals.
My artistic obsession is led by the exploration of human expression and beauty of nature; communicated through meaningful eye-catching pieces that hopefully resonate with the viewer.
I've been lucky enough to make my mark on numerous walls with vibrant murals, brought personalities to life through intricate portraits, and ventured into abstract realms.
Most recently, (and excitingly) commissions have evolved into 3D and installation / more immersive work allowing me to explore multiple mediums and really bringing spaces to life.
